1973-D Dime How Would This Multi Struck Coin Get Described?

The obverse is struck what appears to be at least three times. It also has a wire rim strike through at the back of Roosevelt's head. The reverse has at least one multiple strike which can be seen in the close ups of CA and the torch.

Not really looking for much these days but if I were, it might be a toner.
"Double struck in collar. Wire rim fragment struck into right field during second strike."
Hypothetical scenario (i.e., WAG).
Coin is struck normally in quad press (four obverse dies over four reverse dies set into large, four hole collar) towards the back (i.e., away from the press operator) of the four-die array. Press cycles to push coins up out of collar, but one of them towards the front of the array jams. Feed fingers come in from front to push the struck coins out the back, but get stopped by the stuck coin in the front. This coin remains on one of the back dies after moving just a bit and gets struck again as the obverse dies cycle down again. The mess up front prevents a solid second strike.
The feed fingers hitting that stuck coin could have sheared off a bit of metal from that stuck coin, which by chance flew around and landed on this coin for the second strike.
Other scenarios are also possible.

Is that coin in an old 2x2? All those cardboard fibers make me nervous. If the are on the inside of the holder they could cause damage to a coin. That coin merits a new holder.
1) never take pictures thru a holder.

No. As others pointed out it is a fiber from the holder, and it is stuck on the inside.

I don't know. Now that I found this one and the tapered thin wheat I may consider it.

Did you find the dime in the wild? That would be incredible. Based on my research when I found an error nickel, I think that dime should be worth a few hundred. (Maybe the experts can chime in).
My estimate would be somewhere around $75. This is based on there only being a slight movement between strikes, and the the condition - it is heavily worn. Because of it's value, I wouldn't recommend having it slabbed, if profit will be a concern down the road. Maybe others will value it differently?

I have seen this anomaly on torches before, but it was strictly 'ejection doubling' created. Perhaps this also occurred along with the plethora of other things attributable to this dime?
