Do. Matter on proof nickels like on a 1961 Proof Nickel?. Then I have a picture of a 1961 proof quarter I was looking for confirmation on doubling or machine doubling and then a penny and also a 1961 proof Eisenhower I was looking to see if it had a full Bell lines if this is too much in one post I'm sorry

Full steps an Jefferson Nickels and full bell lines on Franklin halves for the proof issues are common and supposed to be that way since they are "special" issues for each year. The striking pressure is higher for proofs and the details are usually more defined for them.
Proofs are so well struck that anything but full steps would be odd. My Cherry Pickers Guide does not show a doubling for the quarter in proof in '64. Please keep in mind that proofs are struck at least twice and thus the doubling could be from die chatter causing that bit of a shelf.

I've heard that term died chatter before now it all makes sense! Thank you so what you're saying is this is pretty common on proofs because they're struck twice so I find something like this on a business strike it would be leaning more towards double die

They used that rev die from the PR's to make some Quarters in those years I posted in MS they are called Type "B" rev, happy hunting.
