1957-D Washington quarter re-engraved tailfeathers MS-64

I recently bought a 1957-D quarter and realized it had re-engraved tailfeathers.
I sent the coin to James Wiles for attribution, it came back from him as FS-901 MDS stage B.
I sent the coin to ANACS to get it certified and it came back as a MS-64.
I have consigned the coin to Great Collections to be crossed over to PCGS and to sell it.

I believe it is the finest known
If it crosses at 64 it will be tied for top pop.
It is my belief from the research I've done that the other MS-64 is misattributed
I did not know that......sorry.
