    Even if there is an "S" under the date, the coin is almost worthless.

    An authorized PCGS dealer, and a contributor to the Red Book.

    I'm not sure of your "S" but I found something similar, a 191x-S Lincoln.
    Not worth anything but still nice and interesting to find in the wild :smile:

    Oh Ya...............it also has a nice square hole in the center :smile:
    But I still love it :smile:

    The one with the hole was likely nailed over a front door..... old superstition was nailing a coin over the door would 'welcome money in'...and square nails were common.... Cheers, RickO
