The front of the eagles trailing leg looks....odd? It's not the intended feathers, and not the normal weakly struck surface...almost looks worked? (I may be grasping at straws....)

Is there a line/scratch above LIB on the obverse?
The initials do not look reengraved to me either.
looks like pitting / corrosion (old PVC?) on obverse field right and reverse on top of left wing and above AR of dollar. nice half otherwise
I imagine they are calling this area, counting machine damage.
