I can't ...
If I show you a coin I would buy without hesitation, well, then I bought it. It is no longer a coin I would buy, but a coin I bought.
However, here is one I did buy without hesitation ...
See http://www.doubledimes.com for a free online reference for US twenty-cent pieces
Since I do not have the coin I would buy without hesitation, I cannot show it....and unless it came with a picture, I probably could not show it after I bought it...
However, if I see a 1921 Peace Dollar that I like, I will revisit this thread - if it has a picture that I can copy and paste
Cheers, RickO
Thanks for catching the "buy" to "bought." Title of post changed.
Bought a coin shop (no spam intended), without hesitation. Been scratching the proverbial orbs ever since.

I purchased this coin in an old small white ANACS holder several years ago and crossed it through our host at the same grade MS63FH

Part of a collection formed back in the 50’s and 60’s that I got first shot at, other than those that the dealer/collector kept for his own set. He graded them using EAC standards and then priced them with the greysheet. I bought about 20 coins that day, and this was one of the favorites. Copper guys know the significance
This one, as it fits two of my agendas

1. A piece for the CC Morgan set, I am putting together
2. undergraded in OGH Rattler
No hesitation!

I purchased this Prooflike 1890-CC $20 Liberty Gold Double Eagle without hesitation, and was able to make a very advantageous trade for junk silver at a time when these were valued considerably lower than they are now.

Of all the coins I've bought I only have one that I bought without hesitation. It is my latest purchase.

1934 China "Junk" Dollars were re-struck in 1949 at all three US mints (P,D,S) and are indistinguishable from the original 1934 dollars and from each other. Typical of common Chinese issues, this one has a pop of 9,200 or so in MS62 with 21,000 or so better. Most are ho-hum gray... this one is not. Saw it at the CRO booth at the ANA last year and bought it immediately.
This is the 1942-S/Inv S PCGS65
I bought this 1875 Trade Dollar earlier this year. It was "love at first sight!"

1890cc in a period contemporary Sterling silver bezel AND if that's not a VAM 4 "Tailbar" for $60!
Both those two at $166 with no hesitation
Took me a second to commit: a tetradrachm of Rhegium.
I had just been outbid on a significant lot and this came up for sale privately, much to my surprise. It was pricey but a better deal than the coin I lost: there's always another coin!
The tab toning and colors spoke to me

I found this at a jewelry store/bullion store priced at their normal above market prices. Then I noticed this 1908 Saint was of the less common "With Motto" variety.

I decided to buy this the moment I laid eyes on it at the Denver ANA. It was among the auction Highlights for Goldberg's pre-Long Beach sale so I had to wait a month to seal the deal.
Boiler, I've got a 1794 half dime. Trade you straight across.
Lovely coin!
The decision to buy was immediate:
but the negotiation was not exactly immediate........

I had just started collecting coins as an adult, and had probably not spent more than $150 on any single coin at that point. Went to a local coin shop that had the coin below graded 65RB in an NGC Fat holder. I'm not even sure I'd seen a 2 cent piece before in person, but I bought it right away.

You can say that again; how can such small changes make such a classic design look so bad?
You don't see too many PL '21's around.
I expect you’d get at least a 64 out of that if you submitted it now. That’s a beautiful example!
I fell in love the very first time i laid my eyes on this...
