Why on the 1881-cc, isn't it pretty common?

circulated cc Morgans aren't common. Many ms ccs were part of the gsa hoard disperse in the '70s.

I traded this one to @onlyroosies and I have missed it ever since.

    1946-S/S PCGS MS67+FB DDR & RPM FS-501 pop (1/0)

I can see why. It's a gorgeous coin & I'd feel the same.

It looks beautiful and I can see why you would miss it.

Have you thought of trying to get it back?

Thought about it several times, but never asked. It is locked in a very tight, world class set.

    Later, Paul.

Fortunately, I have never experienced such regrets... since I have never sold a coin (other than some darkside gold at market peak).... ;) Cheers, RickO

I sold a very PQ AU50 OGH $10 Indian Key Date about a decade ago that grading wise on this series in the last few years is probably in a AU58 holder.

The proceeds at the time went to buying a new bed for the new house.

A VEDS PCGS PR65 1916 Matte Proof Buff-one of the very first coins from the die. So dull it looked like it was made of plaster. Sold it when I cherried the one I have now.

Too many to post. Regret and collecting go hand in hand.

Like the 81cc, and concur that finding nice circulated CC's in F-VF that have a standard look are harder then it seems...put together a slabbed set and finding upgrades is hard

    Regrets I've had a few
But then again too few to mention
I did what I had to do
And saw it through without exemption

(My Way written by Paul Anka, popularized by Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley and a host of others)

I have had several upgrades on coins that I have sold, but I have not been able to fill this spot in my 7070 since I sold her in Dallas Mar 2016.

You can't look back and most of my decisions have been very good solid choices but I do regret selling an old choice Morgan in an OGH. Sorry.....no pic.

This is a common restrike Maria Theresa thaler but I thought it had the prettiest toning I have ever seen on a coin, particularly enjoying the marked contrast from one side's color palette to the other. For the money I could have held on to this forever, and should have. Anybody wanna sell it back to me here?

    Kind regards,

    George
