Does PCGS or NGC accept PCI for crossovers?

I have done a bit of looking around but I haven't seen a definitive answer. I recently picked up a coin that I don't want to crack out as it will likely QC, I haven't seen one like it before though. Attached a photo of the coin just for fun.

PCGS, yes. NGC, no.
Thanks! That was quick.
Wabbit is right. NGC will only accept PCGS coins for crossover. I believe PCGS will accept all TPG slabs.
Nice coin by the way.
Im.not so sure PCGS will like eithe(QC) But who knows.

I've submitted 30 or more PCI slabs with toned ASE's with 100% success rate. Leave it in the holder and ask to cross at any grade. The graders know that the holders are turning the coins. Nice Franklin BTW.
Pretty Franklin.
I had a bunch of 64 Kennedys that looked just like it. Same copper toning on one side. Did not get any premium for them when sold.
