Deleted. It was nicely pointed out to me that I shouldn't post collector's first and last names. I agree. Thanks for all of the nice replies. I have finally heard from the eBay seller so coin will reach its rightful owner soon.

I'm sure you've tried the obvious, but a quick Google search brings up 16 James Sines in Maryland. Since you have the Maryland home state for Mr. Sines, you may also have a more detailed address, allowing you to identify a telephone number, or just a snail mail address using a similar search. Or you could just return Mr. Sine's coin to the eBay seller. It all depends upon how far you want to pursue this. Like others, I commend you on your efforts.
Hope you get your peace of mind.
Just return it to the seller with a note and let him sort it out. He's got the other guy's contact info. Might also send a note to ebay, just in case.
