I assume that English is not your primary language and will try to keep my reply simple.
The reverse of this token says 'Muzeum Kremnica' which is a Coins, mining and minting museum in Kremnica, Slovakia.
This is located in Central Europe. There seems to be a website:
http://www.muzeumkremnica.sk/en/home
If you use a search engine like Google, type in the words 'Muzeum Kremnica' and there are many photographs and a great amount of other information.
This token is probably modern and is not worth too much money to a collector - less than $3 in U.S.A. Money.
It is a recent souvenir of some person's visit to Slovakia.

Perhaps a troll dropped the flag. This new member has asked a lot of questions about extremely common coins. He/she may not be in this country and the troll who dropped the flag wants the moderators to take a look at the posting history. Too bad we cannot see who it is!
