Much better - at least we are now doing more than one at a time......

    5 cents each

    1964 - 1 billion minted
    1964-D - 1.5 billion minted

those two are the most common by a huge amount

This is pocket change man. All of it. Everything you've posted. It's worth face value or maybe .02 in the case of worn copper wheats, if someone would even buy it, which they won't. It's not worth spending the time to photograph and post - you've already lost money in that exchange. If you'd have spent that time panhandling or even watching butterflies, you'd be richer for it.

Face value. Absolutely no numismatic premium.

As long as you have the Internet available to post these items, you also have access to the multitudes of websites out there that provide pictures, grading, mintages, and values for all U.S. coins - - modern & older. I'd recommend you try one like this to bring you up to speed:

The above takes you to Jefferson nickels, since those are what you just asked about, but along the left-side pane, you can click on any denomination & series. Good luck!

If you folks don't like the posts, ignore them. What is the point of dropping in to excoriate him for posting. If you want to flag for the mods, go ahead. But there is no point in making sarcastic or rude comments to the guy.

All comments reflect the opinion of the author, even when irrefutably accurate.

Is one of the purposes of message boards encouragement of new collectors? If it is, then some might wish to help new posters.
