What is a "pet name" for a coin in your collection .

I like that I call my 1877 Indian cent "The Golden Princess"
IMO it is the finest ,most attractive mint state 1877 on the planet
PS the way how I obtained the coin is also a story .

I have a Queenie, Big Blue, Bomber and Gagger, as in that's a total Gagger- leaves you speechless.
All mental notes when I look at them but for one friend who refers to them the same.

For someone who can afford a real gold coin, that would not be necessary.

Central American red copper is insanely rare. You will likely understand the price structure better than most. :*

As much as I enjoy and appreciate old coins, I am not on a first name basis with inanimate objects.

Personally, I think if you start giving your coins pet names, I would consider that a warning sign of possible future mental illness.
