Old holder 63 shot 64, due to the numerous little ticks and light abrasions on the obverse.
Modern day 65.
Ms64 is my guess

Probably graded 60 as it looks like it has reeding marks as well as some rub on the high points of the obverse; specifically the breasts, upper leg, and even the sun. The reverse looks better. Hard to be sure as looking at a picture.
Today this coin would probably grade 62 or 63.
I'm thinking MS64 on this one.
