Both look low grade Unc. 60-62 imo. Second one looks like VAM 17 but cleaned/hairlined looking.

The pics are poor, but if there is good luster, it possibly might grade 62

In my opinion I think MS-61 to 62.

cant tell from photos. those look like PVC flips, though. Toss them far away.
