I can not attend but would love to know the goodies Steve has been holding for the National. Earlier pictures the better since some of the stuff will fly out and everyone attending have a great National!

Last year there was an extensive video on youtube. I wish that would happen again--got to see their whole display scrolled through.
you work fast!
Wow! Thanks for sharing.

Juicy !!
Work in progress - Unopened Racks/Cello/Wax with star power for Baseball, Football and Basketball
Collecting unopened 80's boxes and graded packs
I may be hoarding too much 80's junk wax but I like it!
Thanks for sharing. Wish I could be there. Always an incredible sight to behold - that much product in one place.
Hope that the CU group rips are plentiful!
Wow, 4 1986 Fleer BKB boxes. Impressive.
Here is a photo dump of the BBCE booth from today. I just took as many pictures as possible and there may be some duplication and overlap, but I'm sure you guys won't mind. Btw, the 1986 Fleer Basketball boxes are not duplicate pics.

Great stuff but surprised how much is out there. Prices seem high and don't think any of the 86 boxes will sell at those prices..but who knows..always higher than eBay at the nat
Would love to own a 1973 FB cello box. Thanks to both of you for the eye candy
Current obsession, all things Topps 1969 - 1972
Great job Mike! Hope to see you there on Thursday.

I'm gonna do a "set up day" at the National along with pics of BBCEx that have been posted - I took pics also.
While I was taking the pics, 2 guys dropped 69K for boxes of 86F Bkb.
Wow insane!
Were those wax boxes or frankenstein? I assume full boxes with verified coloring and stickers. Was curious what the notation was with the boxes. If anyone stops back by there take a photo of whats left. TY
They were fresh boxes from a partial case find. Arguably the best boxes that have ever come to market. The two boxes left are priced higher because in each box, there is a pack with Jordan on top.

The biggest lesson I've learned in this hobby, and in life, is that if you have a strong conviction, you owe it to yourself to see it through. Don't sell yourself, or your investments, short. Unless the facts change. Then sell it all.
I'll be downloading as I get a chance.
Don't ya just love this one?
Jaspy's Hobbyland
Found this clever - they open packs live on youtube and then sell them - they're out of Redondo Beach.
PSA on their day off?
They have for boxing collectors also.
Setting up is tedious biz.
Welcome!
What's the fun in that?
Great stuff! Funny how we as collectors see it as fun, but for guys working 8 hours a day for the next 5 days it is completely different.

and let's hear it for Levi Bleam - just like saying the name....
I didn't get it either.
Are the two 86F boxes with Jordan showing still available?
Steve told me there was a NY "find" - hard to read - I'll try to get a better pic of it to read.
TY SIR! ^
Cool letter ty for sharing...if i had 79k to toss around thr 1987 fleer case would be mine!
They're selling safes there (looking at the PSA pic)?
"Molon Labe"
I would assume they are for on site submissions. I ain't going to a card show to buy a safe anyways! LOL
Now that's funny Mark.
Another from Jaspy's Hobbyland and live rips:
back to PSA:
One of the events at the National is the 40 yard crawl:
For those who know I collect games - here's the first I saw:
Not in good enough shape for me and too much money.
and the second one I saw:
An icon:
I don't understand?
guy told me every time he does the National? He gets termites!
Setting up can be a lonely experience...
again guys doing live rips:
If anyone wants one before they're all gone? Just PM me.
The guy in front is the "exhibit" leader - the guy behind is following him out of idle curiosity.
This year Steve Hart is giving away SUVs with every 86F box purchase.
"I'm not wearing any underpants"
If you've never been to the National? I recommend comfortable footwear.
Glad I brought my notes. Heard there's a quiz on Thursday.
Another guy setting up
Got my eye on the Koufax...
what are the odds it's over priced?
One of my favorite AH's for coin ops.
Guy behind is "still" following out of idle curiosity...
Well, that's it for now.
Will be on the floor tomorrow with all the guys fully set up - if I see anything cool - I'll post.
I'm also on the lookout for some items mentioned in another thread.
