I decided to start adding to by Bust coin series. First the 1837 Small 5c and now this Big sister. Thanks for looking. Comments welcomed.

    Looks like a nice example for the grade.

    Does this variety use a small "50" on the reverse denomination, too? The numbers look smaller than the "C".

    Collector and dealer in obsolete currency. Always buying all obsolete bank notes and scrip.

    Nice choice! The beaded border is a cool variety.

    Yours has the die break from rim through center arrow point to top arrowhead (4:30 on reverse), a somewhat scarcer die state.

    Looks AU to me.

    I like it a lot and I love bust halves so it makes the cut in my book. I too think it looks like a nice AU. Great score, Jon.

    What does "beaded reverse" refer to? I see some denticles on the rev, but beading?
