Same as Proof-6. It could look confusing as if some level of Poor, but I think that is abbreviated as PO. I had not noticed that PCGS seems to add a leading zero in front of single digit grades which could look like a letter O. So, it is a Proof-Only pattern issue that was wore down to a Good-6 appearance and CAC agrees with the grade.

Yes there was some sarcasm in there. I don't deserve the fool's badge. Everybody talks about CAC on the high end of things, and this just struck me as ironic. I wouldn't think to send a coin like this for a sticker.
If good for the grade, it will get a sticker - and the associated boost in premium. Cheers, RickO
This is a coin worth around $5k in PR65. A sticker is going to make a difference on a PR-06? It's just mind blowing to me.
some only buy CAC, because they feel the coin is 'solid for the grade' and has no 'hidden faults' not seen by the graders when graded - a small spot removed or PVC area, can occasionally be overlooked when the grader spends the time allotted for each coin.
