What about banks, schools, government offices? Any late breaking news?
Most banks are open. Most schools are out for summer break. Post office is open. I would wager that most stores and service-based businesses are open. July 3rd is a fake holiday. Some businesses are just lucky and get the day off. I guess PCGS is one of them.
I'm even at work right now, but I guess that's typical for healthcare...
I have the day off.... oh yeah, I have every day off.... I have every day off, however, I am busier than when I worked.... Lots of things to do... going all day with hobbies, projects, chores... do not stop until 7:30-8:00 at night (sometimes not then). Then relax a bit, plan the next day, maybe watch TV ... then get my six hours of sleep and do it all over again.... Living the dream guys.... Cheers, RickO

I spoke with PCGS Customer Service on Friday, and was told PCGS will be closed on Monday, July 3rd.
CAC will be closed as well...

The stock market will be open on Monday, and I presume the banks, schools and government offices will follow suit.

FYI - PCGS runs on 3 continents now. I would guess it is open in Asia and Europe as the statistics coin count increased over night.
I am glad to see people get a day off, when I worked I was sure glad, I can assure you.
