My handwriting is really bad...which is why I print just about everything. I also use the electronic order submission forms whenver possible.

Wow! Fourteen days for a reholder? Did you also ask for True Views or some other service?
It seems (from the posts here over the last month) that turn times for all services are longer than predicted. I have not submitted recently, so no personal experience. I have no doubt it is a matter of concern to our host and being addressed. Cheers, RickO
I have a collection of PCGS "generations" so wanted 1 each of the retro labels - 4 separate submissions, 1 coin each - since they couldn't be combined.
I imagine that gummed up the works - no true views.
A reholder is minimal revenue and with this being the last week in the quarter it would seem to me they would be pushing out submissions that generate the most revenue.
My last Reholder took 12 days. In the past 2 years, I've had 0 submissions get completed by the estimated turnaround time.

Honestly, they may as well not even list turnaround times at this point.
