Fairly common to see these chopped. How would it grade at PCGS?

74cc is actually more common chopped than unchopped.
XF details cleaned, maybe AU cleaned if it has some pop/luster left.

Thanks for the feedback, NGC details as they do with chopmarked: http://www.sloatcoins.com/itemdetail.asp?sec=1-2&type=S&item=5559 I was thinking to cross it, but then saw the cleaning.

These are fairly common, as chopmarked Trade Dollars go. You can find a nicer, original XF-AU example if you wait a bit.

Surfaces are poor, low to mid XF detail. As others have said, the 74-CC is pretty affordable/plentiful at the high XF to low AU w/ chops. Unless you're picking it up for an unusual chop or variety, I'd say spring for an undipped piece in the low AU range.
