1992-D penny MINT ERROR??? or some jackass with a hammer..lol

Found this penny roll searching. What do you think?? Error in minting proccess or jackass with hammer, or other way. I hope this is a minting error!

    It's a sandwich coin. Another coin was pressed on each side of the coin. PMD

    Yep...done usually in a vise.... one clue, on this one, is that both the obverse and the reverse show the reverse of the other coins... Of course, that is not always the case on these fakes... Cheers, RickO

    I believe it to be a vise coin. Where, most likely in a garage as an experiment.

    When I was a kid in the we used to hammer nickels down and they would match a quarter and work in the arcade....lol
