Have one that looks good / it weighs 3.11 grams / less than the copper one

yes, they are just under a gram
Just divide the density of aluminum by the density of copper and multiply it times 3.11g.
It should be very close unless they changed planchet thickness.
The coin you have is most likely plated. Copper cents weigh 3.1 grams.
Definitely not aluminum at that weight... likely flash plated.... Cheers, RickO
