With this new format, I have no idea how to send PM's.
Can anyone walk me through this ?

    In the person's profile there is a link to the left of their avatar that says "Message".

    click on the name, then look to the top, you'll see "messages"
    click

    then write.

    Click on the icon for the member you want to PM, then click on Message
