It has been a while since I have been to a show where I was not set up at a table. I am making the journey on Saturday, anyone else going to this show? I will be going first thing Saturday morning.
It is the first year for it being in Kansas City, as It was in Memphis, TN. before. I noticed that Kagin's is going to be there and I will be stopping by Don's table for sure to check out what he's got. There are a handful of dealers that I do know that are going to be there. Any other recommendations on who's table to stop at?

In addition to currency, Lyn Knight is selling a nice type set of US coins

I really enjoy currency shows, although I do not collect currency. Those old Indian and Buffalo notes are beautiful.... Cheers, RickO

I used to attend the Memphis Paper Money Show when I was active in paper money (1987-97). It seems strange to hear that the show is no longer being held in Memphis. Does anyone know why the show was moved to Omaha?

    All glory is fleeting.

The show was moved to Kansas City, MO not Omaha. Lynn Knight took over the show and moved it. Not sure why he moved it, maybe he was thinking the market was better. That is just a guess though as I have not heard the official reason as to why it was moved. My understanding is that there will be a fair amount of coins along with the paper money.

The hotel in Memphis had become difficult to deal with and air fares had gotten high since Memphis lost their hub.
