1994 P Washington Quarter DDO?

After reading a bit I'm understanding that there exists substantial issues with this year of minting with the Quarter. I found this mint condition quarter in pocket change.
Any insight on this would be grateful.
(Again, apologies for poor optics. Working on an upgrade.)

    From the photos, it's struck with
    worn or overused dies.

    There might be some mechanical/ejection doubling too.

    The clad coinage showed some weird effects when the dies got really worn.
    I gotta admit that when I saw this one I had to look at it twice, but it shows the effect well.

    Some coins are just plain "Interesting"
