A few observations....
Frederick Douglass looks kind of like the painter Bob Ross.
The Obverse is very flat with very little detail.
If not for some chatter on Georges' cheek, it would have a shot at 69 or 70.
Oddly, I have found very little '17 coinage this year so far.

yeah, I also remember something on that quarter? I remember the people/person that discovered it, found out it wasn't to be. Something along those lines? Some people made a quick order to the Mint and then regretted the order they just made. Remember?
