This was my change.....left out the $.60.
Was waiting for bills, so you can imagine my surprise.
That would be a fun experience for YN's.

Man, and I thought the remaining SBA's were shipped off for currency in Siberia!
Bought a soda in a Fairbanks machine over the we and got an SBA in change
Many successful BST transactions with dozens of board members, references on request.
When I saw the title of this thread I knew what was coming.
Have fun spending them. I remember carrying an SBA dollar after they first came out to see what it would look like when it wore down. It wasn't long before I accidentally spent it as a quarter.
Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.
While in Baltimore several Januarys ago at the joint meeting of the American Mathematical Society, I found that dollar coins were quite commonly encountered. I have attended these annual meetings in Seattle, San Francisco, Boston, Washington, Atlanta ... the list goes on and on ... where not a dollar coin was to be seen. Next January: San Diego. We'll see.

You can always use them for future fares on the light rail.......
Did you say "Harry...keep the change?"
The coin show was in Baltimore, not San Francisco.
Also, it was the "light rail" not the "back of a Dodge." Or maybe this was "risky business?"
Makes your pocket rather heavy I bet.
Did you check the Sacs for the Cheerios variety?? I am sure there are a few in circulation...Cheers, RickO
