Are the prices based on PCGS Slabs or raw? Thanks guy's in advance. -joey

I believe they state that there prices are for PCGS-certified coins only.

Could be strike, attractive toning etcc as opposed to unattractive coins?
It has been a long time since I read about it.. however, I do not recall them specifying prices were in the premium range.... It has been my impression that prices are assigned for the grade range specified. ICBW.... Cheers, RickO
It's just an indicator of how many grains of salt a coin might sell for.
There is a nice summary/explanation at the bottom of the Price Guide page.
They even welcome pricing input from dealers and collectors.

I normally purchase theses slab coins off ebay around 20% under value and 30-35% if raw. ( for coins under $100)
