Belt buckle, money clip, necklace or bangle, etc. It's not that long ago these were face value and perfect for cheap jewelry and souvenirs -- and we know how much people like "shiny" things.

Oh my...that is not right even for a common 21-D. I hope it has sentimental value, otherwise...not good...XF Details...if it is authentic.
