Submissions received pending order entry - another layer of delay?

I sent in another order to our host (which may have pushed out my earlier order into the mail) and was physically received and signed for on 5/8/17 as listed under the Submissions received pending order entry section as being in the "prepped date" status ever since (four days). Is this a new bottle neck in the whole process? Beforehand, it was placed into the "in process" status within a day of receiving the order. I may be just a bit irritated that I have so much "product" tied up in this order and I have a feeling that it will (seemingly) take a while to process this crossover/variety attribution and TrueView submission.

Mine was picked up at the post office on 5/8/17 as well. On 5/9/17 it went into in to the order entry queue. One 5/10/17 at about 2:00 EDT it went into the regular grading queue. Mine were straight grade moderns 20 coins so it should take some time.

This is a new level to show it was received and ready to be entered.

Ok, how long should that take? We asked for more "transparency" in the grading process, I guess this is it.

It's usually in this status 2 or 3 days.

I do not recall ever seeing so many posts about the TPG process time...Not sure what the issues are, however, I get the impression that the virtue of patience is not a common among forum members.... :D Cheers, RickO

It has to be the "instant gratification" of commerce today to has me wrapped around the axle.

If you do online order entry before sending it in you may get a faster result; I did that this time, expressed them an order and look forward to process this time.

I did have to "hand jam" this last submission to get the Quarterly Special, normally I do the online submission form.

Or, perhaps, PCGS is bogged down with submissions and needs to hire more graders?

This might have something to do with the wait.
My last sub on its way back now took just shy of 4 weeks.
Other option, go across the street, I don't think so.

Hhmmm.... I wasn't aware of "Code 96- Refund. No Servise". What would that be?? No coin in the holder?

    I love them Barber Halves.....

It is a coin or token that PCGS does not grade. Coin is shipped back raw with no charge to submitter

I think most folks would like to get their coins back while they can still advise their heirs about what to do with them.
