Need help identifying an unknown slab from the 80's that certified a bust half.

I posted this in the unique holder thread and it was suggest that I make a separate post. Does anyone know anything about this company (and even what the company name is)?

My gut feeling that maybe this was on of those mail order deals from a national catalogs(like lillian vernon)?

    The back of that "slab" offers some great protection and lifetime guarantees - too bad the company making those promises did not bother to put their name on it anywhere....

    That should go in the different and unusual holder thread.

    Insert witicism here. [ xxx ]

    I'll check my Conder101 slab book later this evening, but it does not look familiar.

    LOL @AmazonX sorry I TL;DR your post obviously.... I've had folks do that to me before too though so it's all good!

    Interesting as I just realized your date does not fit the dd/mm/yy format.

    @Wingsrule Thank you so much. I never would have known any of that. Maybe mine is right before they sold it?

    At small coin shows, strange holders/slabs often show up... also at gun shows.... These shows tend to bring out the smaller collectors/dealers (no travel costs, hotel costs, meals).... and these people often have material they have owned for many years.... Small shows can be rewarding... Cheers, RickO

    Great research @Wingsrule

    @AmazonX
    See Robert Paul's (1st) post about midway through the first page for a picture with the company name.

    @U1chicago Great find! Thanks. Too bad we can't see the full date on that one.
