How do I contact Don Willis through the Coin Forum?

I knew how to do it with old software, but not with the new.

I used to be somebody, now I'm just a coin collector.

    Go to the third post down from the top and click on DonWillis (who originated the post) and whenever his information comes up, click on Message.

    Actually Don had two different Customer Service people contact me, the 1st within 2 hours.

    I used to be somebody, now I'm just a coin collector.

    2 different concerns,,,,,, 1st one since January 16, 2017 and I have phoned,,,,, e-mailed at least 6 different times but no action on the problem.
