If it's not on the sub form I would call them.

What grades are they? Looks like unless they go to 66FBL or 67 there isn't much upside to an upgrade once fees are taken into account. On 20 coins this will be an expensive endeavor.

You need 100 coins in a submission before bulk rates kick in. There may be restrictions on number of different dates and denominations, depending on the terms of the membership under which the coins are submitted, and I think they have to be raw.

    Bulk orders as I understand:

must have minimum of 100 coins.
Not individually wrapped, not in flips. Must be in roll/s
No more than 5 different coins
    Like 1939 and 1939 S and 1939 D are 3 different coins

I knew a guy who was getting a bulk submission ready and was short about 20 coins. But he died.

I caution anyone who is thinking about cracking out Franklins for resubmissions. IMHO right now and for about the past yr PCGS FBL standard is easily the strictest it has ever been in near 30yrs. So cracking a FBL for a regrade right now is unwise unless it is absolutely ALL there.

Incidentally, there was a time when PCGS Modern Tier was post 1955. The good old days.

Seems it would be better to just pick out the best ones and send them in.... unless your friend is starting a business and needs to stock his showcase... Cheers, RickO

If these coins are already graded by PCGS and he doesn't want to crack them out, he will need to use the "Economy - Regrade" service, and value each coin at no more than $300 per coin.
