You can actually still report the sale to eBay. I don't know if it does any good, but I'd have to think that if the seller pulls something like this in the future, having previous auctions reported for this practice will cause larger red flags to fly. On the other hand, the seller netted about $20.50 each on these, which is junk box money, so his scheme failed.

Blurry pictures can make a 3 look like an 8 on them
