How about a WW-I sculpture by an artist who was there - Robert Aitken.
Or...maybe a medal by James Fraser
Or John Flanagan's Verdun medal.
How about a bracelet made out of 4 WWI "ID Disks" of members of the same family an flunked together with old pawn Native American silver.
Or a paper horn used to celebrate the end of WWI then again to celebrate the end of WWII
