PCGS Coin Facts and Population apps. Photograde is not very good. If at all possible move them to SD cards because they are pigs relative to footprint.

For personal inventory I use a customized Excel/Polaris spreadsheet based on a .csv download from PCGS. Also added tabs for each denomination indicating mintages. Everything at the ready.

I agree with everything said above but want to add the phone/tablet app "Coin Collection" see HERE while the photos of the coin are kinda hokkey, the ability to individually grade each coin in your collection in list form is great, especially for people like myself that collect Lincoln's in Dansco's. That way while putzing around at shows you can, in real time, check your collection against the coins in front of you. Nothing I love more than busting loose a fine Lincoln from its plastic tomb and putting him in a place of distinction in my Dansco's.

Just downloaded the PCGS Cert Verification app.
    It's relatively small, 25 Mb.
I was shocked when it asked me if I wanted to scan the bar code. Wasn't expecting that.
    Worked great too.
I have to get out more.

I occasionally use the Photograde app and like it.
