I agree these pictures are much better. I have no idea where the scratches in the other picture went but this looks like a 63, maybe 64. The toning is a small plus (except for the finger print on the reverse which looks much more obvious now).
Better quality image, but the pattern and range of color are still not enough to impress me as a toned dollar collector. I prefer the vivid bands or arcs of ROYGBIV.
