I'm hoping that they may not have updated their criteria on the variety attribution page. Should I bother submitting a VF 1865 2¢ FS-1301 RPD ?

They should...but maybe they don't? I see a phone call in your future to get the real answer.
BST transactions: dbldie55, jayPem, 78saen, UltraHighRelief, nibanny, liefgold, FallGuy, lkeigwin, mbogoman, Sandman70gt, keets, joeykoins, ianrussell (@GC), EagleEye, ThePennyLady, GRANDAM, Ilikecolor, Gluggo, okiedude, Voyageur, LJenkins11, fastfreddie, ms70, pursuitofliberty, ZoidMeister,Coin Finder, GotTheBug, edwardjulio, Coinnmore, Nickpatton, Namvet69,...
It is listed in the complete variety set. Looks like the PCGS Number is 38259. I see many already graded.
Thanks dbldie55 !

Be glad when they get the Volume 2 out with the new Dime varieties.
I am still using Fifth Edition Vol II..... and likely will be for years to come...
