Machine doubling

This is all machine doubling right? And impact post mint damage?

    Yes, I'd call that machine doubling too. Has that shelf-like appearance. I checked CONECA listings, and didn't see any varieties for this date either with the exception of the 1942/1. Ditto with Wexler.

    The "B" looks weird to me- almost appears as if something whacked the bottom of the "B" and pushed the metal up slightly. I'd agree with you there too that it's likely PMD.

    Yes... looks like MD...almost some split serifs.... and yes, damage on the B...Cheers, RickO
