1939-S Reverse of 1938, same cert for sale at Park avenue numismatics, Heritage, Modern Coin Wholesale, Finest Known??
Am I missing something? Has it really been that long of a day?

Yes, not all coins advertised for sale are actually owned by the seller.

Yeah, someone needs to come up with a Trivago website for coins, so that you always find the lowest price for the same coin.
@10000lakes .... actually...that is a great idea... and I have no doubt many would pay for that service... done in the same way.... Wow... what a cool concept... some of the software savvy guys here should take that idea and run with it..... sell it as an app or charge per search... Cheers, RickO

When something is sold at HA's auction, it remains 'available' through a two-tiered system. The new owner can check a box indicating s/he is actively soliciting offers, and even if you don't HA will receive an offer and let the owner know of it. That could explain why it's up for sale at HA.
The others, I would guess one of the two owns it and is willing to wholesale it to the others. Or two of them own it through a 1st sale arrangement (lots of dealers buy collections and sell on material that doesn't fit with their business specialties).
