Well, went to the bank today..... got five rolls of halves... they had no Mounds quarters...
Searched the five rolls and it seems I am back to my former luck.... Nothing... no silver halves, not even any 40% halves.
Ten Bi-centennials... worth nothing beyond 50 cents. Oh well... ~The thrill is gone~

I am looking at a box of $500 quarters and $250 worth of dimes. Nothing special out of quarter yet. But the box of dime is 2017 P, brand new as always.

Find one cool photographable error and you are golden as the whole box will be mineable.
All of the brand new box of dimes I saw, more than half are
weak strike with worn out die.
I have been and will be roll searching for @Beerock. He and his kids are doing albums together, so I'm sending off a bunch of 30s-70s nickels with some buffalos and lib heads mixed in. I've got a few Lincoln books I'm consolidating so they might just find some other goodies. I certainly can't cut a check to an organization to help young numismatists, but I remember how hard it was on my father with just the two of us. It's the little things I guess. Certainly make it a heck of a lot easier. Gosh i remember filling a blank Whitman hole out of a ton of change and having the time of my life. I hope it all brings much family fun.
Oh well, RickO, don't lose hope! Maybe your luck will return that you had the last two months? LOL

73 d with doubling on the reverse lettering, and (2) 72 d's with obverse doubling and missing part of his nose.
