1962 W.Q. Some help with doubling?

Just checking to be sure this is just mechanical/ejection doubling or perhaps a DDO variety?

I'm sorry the shots are terrible. I'm taking them through cellophane. I'm willing to cut it out for better shots if it's one of the DDO varieties (I know it's not the biggie).

    In IGWT, IN GOD moves N/NW, WE goes east, T and R are all over the place,US moves SE, T goes North. They just don't really follow a pattern. LIBERTY follows a discernable pattern.

    Is this a mix of doubling?

    And gosh I'm sorry I realized I once made the same thread. @ricko said mechanical doubling. I guess nevermind and sorry.
