2017 Effigy Mounds Rolls from mint: almost all are scratched

I bought three rolls of 2017 Effigy Mounds quarters from the mint a couple weeks ago ... just got around to opening them up and putting some in flips for friends. Almost all of them are scratched, mostly on Washington's neck. Is this to be expected? Or should I have sent them back?

there is a difference between a scratch and a contact mark between 2 coins.
can you take a picture of 2 of them front and back and post it?
Rolled coins have come into contact with other coins. Expect to find contact marks, not scratches but rubs against other coins and that is typical.

I'll work on getting some pics but based on what I've read so far, it must be normal. That's what I was worried about. Is there a way to remove these marks?
Contact marks are normal in rolls/bags... and there is no way to remove them..... Cheers, RickO
