Obverse rim ding. Otherwise not a lot of appear chatter just dulled. It sucks it looks like she's purposefully staring at a problem area. Bright side is LIBERTY is still full, and so are her curls more or less. Her headband is strong. The reverse is a good eagle spread, expected wear at tips of wings and flat breast. All 7 feathers are solid and so are neck feathers and beak. 1895-S is a good coin to have. Although some might see the rim damage as making this damaged and thus melt, it's a fair price for a worn mid grade Morgan with a good date without having to invest a lot owning one. I'd say it's a good 40 grade. Or damaged whichever. Nice coin.
Oops sorry thanks for the catch. It'll be the last time I look at a coin on my phone on full brightness with the sun. Thanks for posting a grade comparison.

i dont usually comment on very recently ended items so as to not potentially skew a good buy for someone.

I see some issues with the coin that would have kept me as a neutral observer.

Yea, the reverse looks a bit off to me hence the question, but sure would be a nice date to add to my collection.

Is "40" a typo? Maybe you meant 10. Or 4.
For comparison, here's my straight-grade VG10 1893:

The seller is apologetic. I'd let it go.
If the buyer is happy, it is a good price.....

I recently added a PCGS F-12 of this date to my collection, this example looks to be closer to VG.
