Roll find / sorry for bad pics, couldn't wait to share

I bought $100 worth of dimes for fun hoping for some silver. About half way through I saw what looked like a foreign coin or slug since it didn't have a reeded edge. Boy was I surprised. Thoughts? Grade opinions? I was thinking about 30 ??? The coin in hand looks less "dull" and is brighter with better details than I can get with my cell phone but I am at work and am eager to share this find. Also do you think it might have been cleaned at one time? It is a shame the obv has so many scratches. The photo actually makes them look a little worse than in hand.
Also, I have opened these pictures in two different photo editing programs at work here and they both show the pictures in landscape but when I upload them it rotates them 90 degrees.

Wow! Great find! I wonder how it got there...perhaps some kid took it from their grandfather's collection and it ended up in a Coinstar, then to the bank?

Pics are good enough to see that is a very cool score!
Probably VF-something, but unfortunately the obv appears it has some scratches and dings, like you pointed out.
Very cool.
True story, I get rolls of pennies in collections and don't ever look at them unless something is marked on the outside that gets my attention.
Grand daughter and grand son over for the afternoon a couple of months ago (ages 6 and 4.5). Found the canvass bags on the floor in the safe room and wanted to see what was in it. I said go ahead and look. Well she took several rolls out and dumped them on the carpet. Thought it was fun. Didn't bother me a bit until I saw dozens of silver dimes! Several rolls had more dimes than cents.... Probably ended up with two full rolls of mercs. Wondered why someone would do that....kids had fun too!
bob:)
PS: That is one heck of a find in a roll.
I can take better pics if needed. I know little to nothing about this series. I have I think two other III nickels in my collection. Looking at values it is nothing special but knowing this thing was minted 100 years before my birth is really cool.
That's an awesome find in a roll super big congrats to ya
HAPPY COLLECTING
Cool. Unfortunately it is damaged.
Crazy!
Great find... always a thrill to get that unexpected and totally unique find.... Cheers, RickO
Most people would think that's a foreign coin. Very unusual find for sure.
Nice! WTG!
