I love cuds, as do many of my collecting friends. Congratulations and enjoy!

Pretty nice coin for a F12.

Did you buy this for the cud, date, type, the R-5 die marriage, or a combination?

Combination really, but the cud was at the top.....literally and figuratively!

Thanks, Ron. Been a wicked couple of years with grandchild illness and parental units passing, lots of health care issues to attend to. Glad to back in the fracas.

    She's a Beauty!

I just picked this one up this week, wasn't crazy about the details grade, but she knocked me off my feet, and the gentlemen selling came way off his ask when I inquired. Now that she's arrived, I could not be happier

The 1805 is a prize, that die marriage is extremely hard to find in decent condition. The 1805 T-12 is not found at all in high grades, the Tompkins condition census 40 ,40, 40, 30... It took five years before I found an example, and there are also some interesting die stages on this variety. Congrats!
