Anyone have any info on 1973 S quarter re-engraved reverse ? * Pics included

It looks like CONECA lists a doubled die 1973S proof quarter with doubling on the wreath, but it really looks like re-engraving or tooling on the leaves. Strong outlines are cut into the piece. Does anyone have any info on this ?
I will try to get pics up if I can.
Some coins are just plain "Interesting"

Not sure if I was able to fully show, but what I can get right now.
The leaves and lower wings are re-engraved or re-tooled quite noticeably.
Can't seem to get a nice pic of this, but I'm still trying....

I can see what you are referring to on the last picture... definitely something there... I will leave determination to the experts on this one though... Cheers, RickO
Tough to image being in a old proof housing.
Looks like and listed by CONECA as a doubled proof die but I really believe it is just a bad re-engraving.
Not sure why this one is not better known. Hopefully a quarter guy will see this and opine.
