Poor customer service

You're not making any sense, were you trying to call a dealer? Being sent to someone's voicemail doesn't construe poor customer service, it just means they're currently unavailable or closed.

There should be a "My Want [gap] List" function on the inventory filter. It would show you all the gaps in your registry set(s), and even better there would be a checkbox for the items you are looking for regardless of if you have one or not (e.g. upgrade hunting). And if I really had my way, I would put a comment box right next to that checkbox for my own NON_PUBLIC comments.

    Maybe someone will read this.

If the OP is talking about PCGS.....my view of PCGS customer service is that it is for the submissions and other holdered coins...not customer service on how to use the website.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

Surely someone on here who uses the registry can help. I don't use it so my best guess is to copy/paste into excel to modify as you need and then print.

One way would be to go to the set you are interested in.
Click on the grade column heading, and it should sort all of the coins slots without a grade to the top of the list.
Then print that page(s) and you will have a list of the coins needed for that set.

For a newbie that has only posted 3 times and putting forth such a negative agenda, I would say that the poster is a young kid or an angry alt.

I found this thread from the OP........"How do I list the coins I need for a particular set? How do I print with such a large font size?"

Get a pencil and paper and write what you need on the paper!

I think we are dealing with a "drive-by poster."

Someone just informed me that this OLD generation can't even do online bill pay.

I fall between the OLD and NEW generations here, but hate the bashing of younger folks here. Every couple weeks there is a thread fretting the lack of younger collectors. So maybe we shouldn't mock young people.

I print the entire set composite (what's needed).
I write down the grade next to each one I already have and can see what I need at a glance.

Try going to a major coin show like the FUN show and see just how many checks are used in transactions!

I do. My bank gave me a lifetime supply, so I have to use them up. :D

My LCS is cash or check only. It's pretty much the only place I use checks.

They can't, Pat. It's why I am teaching my (almost) 15yo son how to write out checks, handle his own bank account, etc.
The schools are worthless for teaching life skills these days and parents aren't much better. My son isn't excited to learn such things, but I have told him that it WILL be useful at some point as NOT EVERYTHING is a click of a button these days.

I am truly saddened by what is ignored by teachers and younger generations these days.

Very true Ron.... I can recall an entire segment in Social Studies, Junior High, on check writing... there was even test questions on it... and how to balance the checkbook. Yes, there are still uses for checks today... and yes, I also do online banking and transactions. Cheers, RickO

    @ricko
I'v taught my son that 'two dollars and 50' means $2.50.
    '250 dollars' means $250.
I was taught that the 'and' meant decimal point.
Maybe I'm wrong....but I am usually correct. haha
    Still teaching my wife.

@1630Boston...It does seem, that in these times, parents must fill in for much of what schools used to teach. And I have seen that many of the younger parents are not capable of this... Sad what has happened to our educational system. Cheers, RickO
