That's cool for sure!
What an awesome gift and what an amazing coin that inspired it. Hadn't seen that one before. Spectacular!!!
Love this coin's unique toning pattern, emerald green color, and amazing technical quality. Certainly one of a kind, even in your collection.
It's time to enjoy it.
Liked big time!! As previously mentioned, what an awesome gift. What are the dimensions and materials used? It looks like a decent sized clock.

cecropia it is approx. 15" and the coin image in the center is approx. 8" and was made by a clock co....

Very nice Wayne.... Cheers, RickO
Very cool gift idea.

Very cool. Just don't get it angry!
I must say you're handling this well. I'd be mighty annoyed if someone drilled a hole through one of my coins and made it into a clock!

In honor of the memory of Cpl. Michael E. Thompson
Saw the thread title and was reminded of another Morgan Dollar "clock" I once saw at ANACS...a complete "clock" of off-center Morgans in the 12 different off-center positions in a Capital Plastic holder! Totally amazing!

Wow!!!! that was my first thought when I read the thread title, but didn't know if it was possible, Thanks Tom.
Isn't someone here doing a virtual clock display too of Morgan crecent toners with the crecents facing the numerals
I wonder if it is still intact! THat was, after all, over 30 years ago. I would hate to have to put together a second one!
That's great!

I have just about every toned crescent you need to complete the remaining spaces.let me know if interesred
Ok wow! I'm still trying to wrap my head around that. It's to cool!
I like the clocks that are like a capitol holder with coins in them, because I like coins and I like clocks.
That's like 100 levels above that!
AuroraBorealis, That is one neat clock. Great Coin.
I've seen a clock made of off-centered silver Washington quarters at a small show here in the South. It's was rather unique and carried a hefty price tag!
Coin clocks are awesome.

One of the really nice thing about the crescent toning clock to me, is the same colors in the coins, nice job

Nice to see this thread come back to life! I haven't added any new ones, and got blown out on a nice 9:00 toner a few weeks ago.
@TONEDDOLLARS - your 1885 would fill the 11:00 position very nicely!
