Most struck thru late stage die cap, one or two might be grease.

The first four coins, including the nickel,
were struck thru late stage die caps, as the
    Capt. said.

I'm not sure on the very last Lincoln - that
one could be just struck thru 'grease' or
other foreign matter. Might not be struck
thru a late stage die cap.

My only 'guess' would have been grease........luckily we have members here that thoroughly understand the minting process and are willing to share that knowledge with all of us.
